Back from travelling, no money no job but tonnes of time. Gavin & Emer fancied a bathroom renovation and so we made a deal.
Heres the befores:

Went for a complete tear out, even including the tiles off the wall, right back to the stud frame.

Holding up the traffic to get the new plasterboard delivered

A bit more proffessional than the scrap wood delivery

Moved the pipework for the new sink, and put the new plasterboards up. Emers work pal William came and plastered the new wall.

With that it was time to put the new bath and shower panels in. Thankfully I had a helper as it was a tough job. Got it done though, but not before we left some notes for the renovators of the future:

Had my wee helper cut the boards for me

Paint, floor, skirting, it all started coming together pretty quicklky after this. The sheer relief when the heating pipework lined up after laying the floor is hard to describe.

And fin! Just in time for getting back to the office. Quite liked being a fitter for the month.
